Founder, Acting CEORuss spent a number of years overseas living in places like Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Karachi, Pakistan – his father being an international engineer took him to faraway places like India and Africa where he was immersed in a foreign culture.
He attended HS in Long Island and business college in Western New York and has been a San Diego resident for nearly thirty years where he owns a highly successful wealth management practice.
Inventive at an early age, Russ’ twin infants inspired him to conceive and guide the development of an innovative solution to save time and energy in his business development efforts. His goal was to create an efficient and automated way to meet referral partners with client types and commonalities that would accelerate professional relationships to the point of referral generation.

Russ has proudly served on boards for several charity and community organizations, and currently resides in sunny Solana Beach, CA with his wife Amy and three energetic children.

He has a proven track-record for delivery of operational excellence through measurable results, continuous improvement, people development and collaboration across teams. Juan has a history of extensive partnerships with government, academia, executives and cross-functional leaders to execute on multi-million dollar initiatives, realizing millions more on tangible value through increased revenue, profitability, and social-benefit. Mr. Llera is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Juan has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad del Turabo, a Mathematics degree from New Mexico State University and a Robotics and Simulation degree from Purdue University. He has held several career positions as a software development engineer, UI and CIM Manager at companies like Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor, and currently serves as partner and CTO for Pounce Consulting.

Jocelyn is a vibrant Marketing Specialist & Program Manager who embraces life’s challenges. She is multi-talented in areas such as marketing, community relations, event planning, product development, sponsorship, and advertising.
She was a valued team member of the US Marine Corps Community Services department at MCAS Miramar and Marine Recruit Depot in San Diego. As a Marketing Manager for two Marine Corps bases, she managed marketing, branding, sponsorship and advertising projects for internal departments and external clients.
Jocelyn has also supported the San Diego Italian Film Festival, working with the executive board to create & execute email marketing strategies, newsletter campaigns, and strategy implementation.
She is a Founding Board Member of PiCS (Partners In College Success), where she assists disadvantaged youth with personal career mentorship. She enjoys leading a team and seeing the results of hard work and team collaboration.
Richard is a Certified Business Coach, Trainer and Continuing Education Facilitator. His mission is to touch the lives of business owners in ways which improve their professional and personal successes.
He works with high performing individuals to advance their skill, knowledge, and experience utilizing proven content and coaching methodologies to enable clients to more rapidly implement their vision and mission for both near-term and long-term goal achievements.
Richard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Ohio University and has participated in executive management development programs at Duke Fuqua School of Business, Kellogg School of Management and California Institute of Technology. He has been a continuing student of business and superior contributor in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development within large and small organizations: Xerox Corporation, IVAC/Eli Lilly & Company, Cerner Corporation, TheraDoc, PatientKeeper, Inc., Prognosis Health Information Systems and Allscripts Healthcare Solutions. He works with businesses of all sizes optimizing strategic direction, team culture, financial performance, business valuation, and legacy or exit plan.
Richard is married 30+ years to his loving wife Mary Ann and blessed with two adult children in San Diego and San Francisco, plus beautiful grandchildren. He and family are avid outdoors enthusiast of hiking, tennis, swimming, snowshoeing often combined with international travels.

World traveler and New York City native Kim Dabagian come from a pedigree of entrepreneurial success. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, Kim went on to study business and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
Kim’s versatile work experience and acclimation in fast-paced environments have allowed her to grow in a multitude of ways. From Barneys New York and Helmut Lang to overseas apparel production and a wide range of business projects in Los Angeles, she is a tireless creative who thrives on building things from the ground up. Her understanding of business from many perspectives enables her to facilitate required work and execute vital roles in the success of others. Working in overseas apparel production, she has acquired the flexibility to manage multiple teams in several departments on a day-to-day basis. Countries of expertise include the USA, China, Egypt, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Haiti, and Vietnam.
Kim epitomizes ambition and confidence – with high standards of excellence, toughness, and will – blending business and creative talents in the pursuit of outstanding results.
Sales & Marketing
With extensive experience in the software domain, Andrew has accumulated a unique blend of sales, partner, and marketing business acumen, plus a complimentary technical savvy. A seasoned Bay Area executive, Andrew has held a number of high profile positions at companies such as Jive Software, Sun Microsystems, Brocade, BEA Systems, Informatica, and Plantronics, as well as running his own sales and marketing consulting business.
Andrew is a founding member of the Sales Enablement Society, a volunteer organization whose mission identifies best practices for successful outcomes, clarifies the operations for the sales enablement business, and develops the criteria for sales enablement roles within successful organizations.
A native of England, Andrew now resides in sunny Carlsbad, California with his family. He has a passion for soccer or football as they call it in his country of origin, he is a keen road cyclist and can be seen most weekends riding the local area, and he is an avid pour-over coffee connoisseur. Andrew is therefore always available to discuss the benefits of Connequity over a cup of coffee, especially if the coffee shop roasts their own coffee beans.
